In office consultations all require a $50 deposit that does go toward treatment performed within the month or a $300 ZO Skin Health purchase in office.
Virtual consultation policy is as followed: Email us ([email protected]) photos of your skin (must be without makeup and in front of a window for true lighting) and include a brief description of your skin concerns, skin type, and the goals that you would like to achieve.
After we receive your email and photos, we will then send you a list of questions for you to answer via email.
After we review your answers, we will create a customized skincare regimen. If you choose to sign up with our app and become a “Glow From A Distance Club” member, you can receive 10% off of all product purchases. Please see membership tab on website. A basic ZO regimen falls within the $400 range and this is the minimum purchase required to pursue a consult. A more aggressive and advanced protocol can run $850+. If you are not ready to use ZO exclusively, with customized guidance, we recommend waiting to send a consult email.
Before we begin, you will receive an invoice for $100 (from [email protected]) which will be placed toward your minimum $400 purchase. This invoice must be paid before we send you the products that we would recommend you purchase. A “shopping cart” will be sent to you with products where you can check out and enter your shipping/credit card information. If you choose not to make a purchase after we consult, the $100 fee will not be refunded. If you would prefer to discuss virtually over zoom, there is an additional $75 fee that will not go towards product purchases. This fee is for our time and dedicated 1 on 1 with our Nurse Practitioner. Future purchases can be made on our ecommerce store as needed with free shipping on orders $250+. However, if you need to replenish items less than $250, there is no minimum purchase necessary and shipping will be automatically charged.
After we decide on a regimen for you and you have completed payment, your products will be shipped to you via USPS and your instructions will be emailed to you as well as a hard copy with your product purchase.
To continue to receive guidance from EMME Skin Clinic, all future ZO purchases must be made with EMME Skin Clinic. If you choose to purchase products from another provider, you will need to seek care with that provider. We take pride in our dedication and ongoing education and follow ups with our clients. “
